Tell NJ MVC: Ensure regulations make driver's licenses accessible for ALL New Jerseyans as the statute intends!

On July 20th, 2020, the New Jersey Motor Vehicles Commission (MVC) proposed regulations that would implement the newly passed law to expand access to driver’s licenses in New Jersey. However, the proposed regulations limit access for an estimated half of New Jerseyans who are eligible under the new driver's license statue. Send in your comments by September 18th, 2020 to ensure the MVC updates the regulations to include all New Jerseyans who are eligible.
